Recruiter/Social Media Content Creator


Nautix Lifeguards and Maintenance, LLC. is located in Marietta, GA with a focus to provide seasonal lifeguard and pool maintenance services to neighborhood HOA’s throughout Cobb, Cherokee, and Paulding County. We hire, train, and staff approximately 150-200 lifeguards per season, in addition to providing pool maintenance, repair, and renovation services through our maintenance technicians. The Nautix mission is to provide quality service with a small-business feel.


Nautix is looking for a creative, driven, and organized individual to join our growing team. This role specializes in employee recruitment and retention, as well as social media development and employee engagement.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Schedule and conduct employee interviews

  • Create and distribute advertisements, flyers, and marketing materials for recruitment efforts

  • Establish relationships within the community, high schools, and colleges

  • Develop and update job descriptions to post to job boards

  • Schedule, prep and attend recruiting opportunities including school visits, job fairs, and virtual employment sessions

  • Create alternative and creative recruiting efforts to reach our target demographic through community services, social media, college and high schools, internet job postings, etc.

  • Employee retention and engagement

  • Plan and assist with monthly company events

  • Create and execute a social media calendar

  • Update company website and social media platforms

  • Frequent travel to recruiting efforts and employee check-ins

  • Assist with general office duties

Preferred Qualifications:

  • No experience or knowledge in recruiting required

  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required

  • This role involves weekend and holiday work during peak season

  • Strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with students, community partners, and clients

  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently

  • Ability to adapt and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
